File ovis_sequence_data.fasta This file contains all unique sequences produced by trnL g/h primers (Taberlet et al. 2007 Nucleic Acids Research, Vol. 35, No. 3 e14) and occurring more than once. The sequences have been produced by the Illumina technology (GA IIx platform). Data collection: Vincent Niderkorn and Francois Pompanon designed the experiment. Vincent Niderkorn was responsible for the collection of ruminal contents from sheep. Delphine Rioux performed the DNA extractions and the DNA amplifications. Francois Pompanon performed the data analysis.
