Bazaar Cluster


The servers which make-up the bazaar cluster were donated by Safe Passage Communications, Inc. in December of 2001. The CS admins and the cluster computing group prepped the machines and then turned them into the bazaar cluster over the holiday break that year.

Note: Intel Processors are released both by a name/number combination (Pentium III) and by core (Katmai). The core determines the L1 and L2 cache size, and other improvements that were made to this generation of processor from Intel.
